In 2016, many smart phones have already been launched with biometric identification in standard models. How, then, can we better protect personal biometric data? How can biometric information be used more safely? In February, GSMA released a Remote Provisioning for Technical Specification for M2M, which brought eUICC products and their future developments under the spotlight. What will be the future market of eUICC? What is the take on it from eUICC-stakeholders? How can we protect ourselves when faced with frequent smart phone security scares on a large scale and private information leakages? The demands for cross-border services on mobile terminals and cross-operator and cross-border services on smart devices are on the rise.The evolution of diverse industries and the emergence of new demands on all kinds of applications pose more challenges and requirements on current security technologies. Considering all this, SCA will host the “2016 Smart Card & Mobile Security Conference” in Shanghai on May 26 and 27.
